Refund and Returns Policy – OG Market
At OG Market, individual vendors manage their own products and services. Therefore, refund policies may vary between vendors.
Physical Products
Buyers may request a refund or return if:
- The item received is damaged
- The item is significantly different from its description
- The item was not delivered
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Event Tickets
Event tickets may be non-refundable depending on the event organizer’s policy. In cases where an event is cancelled, refunds will be processed according to the organizer’s terms.
Restaurant Listings
Restaurant menus displayed on OG Market are for informational purposes. Payments and refunds for restaurant orders are handled directly by the restaurant.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises between a buyer and a vendor, OG Market may assist in mediation but is not obligated to issue refunds on behalf of vendors.
Processing Time
Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
